Halo is Baah's alpaca-silk-mohair laceweight — 55% alpaca / 25% silk / 20% kid mohair, 50 g / 400 yd per skein. The alpaca core gives it real warmth, the silk gives it shine, and the kid mohair throws the halo. Held alone it makes a translucent lace shawl; held double with a fingering it adds a soft pink mist over any base.
