Young mohair gives a softer, finer halo than standard kid mohair — the kind that catches light around a stitch without scratching at the neck. The spun silk core takes dye with a deeper, wetter saturation than standard silk-mohair bases, which is why every Qing Fibre colourway reads as painted rather than printed.
