Tosh Merino Light is Madelinetosh's flagship single-ply fingering — 100% superwash merino, 100 g / 420 yd per skein. The single-ply construction gives the strand its signature softness and lets the kettle-dyed colour pool and shift across the surface; the trade-off is that it bias-stretches slightly more than a plied yarn, so it rewards stockinette and lace over deep cabling. Recommended needles US 1–2 / 2.25–2.75 mm at 26–30 stitches over 4 inches. Machine-wash cold on a wool cycle, air dry.
