The base is a halo-y synthetic eyelash single, and someone — somewhere in a small Japanese studio — has combines the cutest novelty yarns in cream, peach, lime, and lilac ito make a bulky fluffy soft yarn. The effect is part chenille, part confetti, part moss-stitch. You don't see this construction outside Japanese textile-art yarn.
