Soulful is Briar Rose’s 100% merino light-sport base — a remarkably generous 800 yards / 226 g (8 oz) per skein. It knits at a fine sport gauge on about US 3–5 / 3.25–3.75 mm, with the round, springy hand of a soft merino and Briar Rose’s signature kettle-dyed tonal depth. The big put-up means fewer joins and plenty of yardage for a garment. Hand-wash cool and lay flat to dry.
