2 skeins of Purple Seas. When it's gone, it's gone.
Two skeins of Lichtfaden’s Edition Alpaca Silk Linen Fingering in Purple Seas — a deep violet washing through ocean-teal, with the soft halo of alpaca and the quiet sheen of silk over a linen core. 874 yards across the pair, both from the same hand-dye: shawl, summer top, or a small textured cardi.
This listing is for 1 skein of Lichtfaden Edition Alpaca Silk Linen Fingering in color Purple Seas. 2 available.
About the yarn:
This is a luxe three-fibre blend — 50% alpaca, 25% silk, 25% linen — 100 g / 400 m / 437 yd per skein. Alpaca gives the soft warmth and drape, silk adds the gentle sheen, and the linen keeps the strand structured so the fabric blocks open cleanly. Recommended needles around US 2–4 / 3–3.5 mm. Hand-wash cool, lay flat to dry.

About Lichtfaden Edition Alpaca Silk Linen:
Lichtfaden is a small German hand-dye studio (label reads fine hand-dyed) working across luxury silk and silk-blend bases. The Edition line widens the palette into alpaca-silk-linen, dyed with the same painterly gradient sensibility — Purple Seas is one of the more saturated ones, a deep violet drifting into ocean teal that reads tonal in some lights and dramatic in others.
